Upgrading & Downgrading
Change your plan at any time to match your needs. Here's how upgrading and downgrading works.
How to Change Your Plan
- 1.Go to Account → Plans
- 2.Review the available plans
- 3.Click "Upgrade" or "Downgrade" on your chosen plan
- 4.Confirm the change
Upgrading
- Immediate access: New features available instantly
- Prorated billing: You only pay the difference for the remaining days
- Increased limits: View and timer limits increase immediately
Example
If you upgrade from Starter ($9) to Pro ($29) halfway through your billing cycle, you'll be charged approximately $10 for the remaining 15 days at the higher rate.
Downgrading
- •End of period: Downgrade takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- •Keep access: You retain current features until the downgrade date
- •Timer limits: Existing timers are preserved, but you can't create new ones if over limit
Important: If you have more timers than your new plan allows, you won't lose them, but you'll need to delete some before creating new ones.
Downgrading to Free
When downgrading to the free plan:
- • Watermark will appear on all timers
- • API access will be disabled
- • Custom templates will become read-only
- • Timers beyond the 3-timer limit will still work but can't be edited
