Create Your Timer in SnapTimers
Design your countdown timer. For course launches and product releases, choose bold, attention-grabbing colors.

- Consider a style that fits your creator brand
Copy the Timer Embed Code
Click "Get Embed Code" and copy the HTML snippet. For evergreen timers, select "Custom" as your Email Provider and use {{ subscriber.id }} as the unique ID.
- Add ?uid={{ subscriber.id }} to your timer URL for evergreen timers
- Copy the full HTML embed code
Open ConvertKit Email Editor
Go to Broadcasts or Sequences in ConvertKit. Create a new email or edit an existing one to open the editor.

Switch to HTML Mode
In the ConvertKit editor, click the "< >" icon in the toolbar to switch to HTML source mode.
- You can also use the "Image" option and paste the URL directly
- HTML mode gives you full control
Paste Your Timer Code
In HTML mode, paste your SnapTimers embed code where you want the timer to appear. Switch back to visual mode to see the preview.

- Center it for best visual impact
Preview and Send Test
Click "Preview" to see how your email looks, then send a test email to yourself to verify the timer animates.

Timer not displaying in ConvertKit
Make sure you're in HTML mode when pasting the code. The visual editor may strip HTML.
Image appears broken
Verify the timer URL is correct and starts with https://. Test the URL in your browser.
Timer not centered
Wrap your img tag in <center> tags or add style="display: block; margin: 0 auto;"
