Create Your Timer in SnapTimers
Design your countdown timer with our easy visual editor. Pick your end date, choose colors that match your brand.

Copy the Timer Embed Code
Click "Get Embed Code" and copy the HTML snippet. You'll use this in Constant Contact's editor.

Create or Edit Your Campaign
Log into Constant Contact and go to Campaigns. Create a new email or edit an existing draft.

Add an Image Block
In the email editor, click "Image" from the content blocks and drag it to where you want your timer.

Insert Timer via URL
Click on the image block and select "Insert from web address (URL)". Paste just the timer image URL (the src part of the code).

Preview and Test
Click "Preview" to see your email, then send a test to yourself to verify the timer animates correctly.

Troubleshooting
Cannot paste HTML code directly
Constant Contact doesn't allow raw HTML in most editors. Use the Image block with URL method instead.
Timer appears static in preview
The preview may not show GIF animation. Send a test email to see the actual animated timer.
Image not loading
Make sure you're pasting only the URL, not the full HTML tag. The URL should end in .gif
